Simply contact us within 14 days of accepting your delivery and we'll arrange to collect your order from you - easy! Just a heads-up, a £49 collection fee will be charged and the original delivery cost won't be reimbursed.
We take every care to make sure our Chiller Chairs reach you in perfect nick but in the unlikely event that something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help. If your order arrives faulty or damaged in any way, we'll collect it and refund you in full or arrange a repair or a replacement. Simply contact us and we'll sort it out pronto!
